Before you arrive
Our place is on the snug side, so we'll be tucked in wherever there's a seat: the couch, the kitchen island, the dining table, and out back if the weather plays nice. Grab a spot, squeeze in, and mingle. Everyone here is good people, and we can't wait to have you around the table again like so many years before.
Our house is your house! Kick back, get comfortable, and prepare to eat like you have absolutely no responsibilities tomorrow.
We're cooking plenty, so please don't feel obligated to bring anything. If there's a side dish you love or something you think belongs at every Thanksgiving table, bring it along! The more, the merrier.
Bring your favorite booze, beer, wine, or whatever makes you happy. We'll have drinks here, too, so there's no need to show up empty-handed or overprepared.
California weather likes to keep us guessing, and we may end up hanging outside. Better to have one and not need it than spend the evening wrapped in a throw blanket looking like a Victorian ghost.
We love the little ones, but we'd like to keep this gathering kid-free if you can swing it. Thanks for understanding!
